Weimer Capital LLC ("Close22," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered lead follow-up service that real estate agents and brokerages use to text their own leads. This policy describes our SMS program, how consent is obtained, and how recipients can opt out.

Program Description

When a prospective buyer or seller submits an inquiry to a Close22 customer, our AI assistant sends a text message from the customer's dedicated business number to answer questions, qualify the prospect's needs, and help schedule a showing or call. Messages are conversational and recurring for the duration of the inquiry.

How Consent Is Obtained

Recipients opt in to receive text messages by:

• Submitting a contact or lead form on a Close22 customer's website, or on a real estate lead source (such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or Facebook lead ads), where they request to be contacted about a property or their search; or
• Sending a text message to the business number first.

Consent is captured at the point of inquiry. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Close22 does not charge recipients for messages; standard carrier rates from the recipient's mobile provider may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@close22.com.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.
