• Lead data routed through your webhook integrations
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers)
• Usage data and analytics to improve the platform

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver AI-generated lead responses on your behalf
• To send SMS messages through Close22 Gateway and the messaging provider configured for your account
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To send you account notifications and product updates
• To improve our AI models and platform performance

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your leads' data. We share information only with the third-party services required to operate the platform:

• Anthropic — AI response generation
• Messaging providers configured through Close22 Gateway — SMS delivery for your account
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Resend — transactional email

SMS / mobile opt-in data: No mobile information or phone numbers obtained through SMS consent are shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging providers (such as Twilio) strictly required to deliver the messages a recipient has opted in to receive. Data Retention

We retain your account data and lead records for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@close22.com.

Your Rights

Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. API keys are stored encrypted. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information. See our Security page for more detail.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
