• To send SMS messages through Close22 Gateway and the messaging provider configured for your account
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To send you account notifications and product updates
• To improve our AI models and platform performance

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your leads' data. We share information only with the third-party services required to operate the platform:

• Anthropic — AI response generation
• Messaging providers configured through Close22 Gateway — SMS delivery for your account
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Resend — transactional email

Data Retention

We retain your account data and lead records for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@close22.com.

Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. API keys are stored encrypted. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information. See our Security page for more detail.
