Close22 is an AI-powered lead follow-up platform for real estate professionals. The service automatically responds to inbound leads via SMS and email, qualifies leads, and routes them into your CRM or workflow.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate a real estate business in your jurisdiction. By subscribing, you represent that you comply with all applicable real estate licensing and communication laws in your area.

AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may require human review before sending, depending on your approval settings. You are responsible for all messages sent from your account. Close22 does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of any generated message with local regulations.

6. SMS and Communication Compliance

By using the SMS features, you represent that you have obtained proper consent from recipients as required by the TCPA and applicable state laws. You are solely responsible for maintaining consent records and complying with opt-out requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

Close22 is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost commissions or missed leads. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@close22.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
